A renovation of an old disused apartment.

For affective reasons of the property, we have tried to maintain, as far as possible, the original structure.

The apartment overlooks a very suggestive strip of sea that we have enhanced with an outdoor terrace that could be exploited to the fullest even in winter with a resealable pergola.

The teak floor is reminiscent of that of boats and the entire interior design has been conceived as if the apartment evokes a luxury yacht.
